Who Are We?
Established in 1999, we are a national childcare provider to over 1 million children.
Our growth has been in equal parts with thanks to a team that’s overflowing with enthusiasm and oodles of creativity, and our founder’s determination to deliver outstanding professional coaching. We’re proud that this has been recognised by Ofsted, aptly naming us as an ‘Outstanding Provider.’
We feel honoured to have expanded to the point where we are currently responsible for the enjoyment and safety of over 10,000 children in our sessions up and down the country each week.
Every school and its pupils are special, and each deserves a unique approach, which means that we adapt our services to suit every child’s needs. As well as creating one of the country’s leading community schemes by delivering educational and sports-related projects in schools, we ensure that young people who are perceived as socially excluded from mainstream provision can benefit from accessible and affordable projects.
Meet Our Founder
Tony Charles is completely passionate about enabling every child to flourish in an environment that they love. Blending sports, education and care, he has created an arena for parents and schools alike to feel confident that their children receive the highest quality care when entrusted to Tony’s capable team.
Tony’s ethos is to be 100% hands-on. He’s in constant communication with our stakeholders to ensure the services we provide meet the expectations of everyone we work with, including school staff, local authorities, parents and the children.
Tony strongly believes that authenticity is key – being open, transparent and polite improves everyone’s relationship with others, and helps to build respect and rapport. His resounding belief that sport and a healthy lifestyle should be available to everyone is solidly backed by his absolute drive to ensure equality and inclusivity across every area of the organisation.
This attitude cascades throughout our clubs and nurseries, creating a happy, positive culture for everyone of all ages.
